How do I cancel my orderUpdated 6 months ago

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Due to this there is a very limited amount of time after an order has been placed where we may be able to cancel your order. This is not guaranteed. If we are not able to cancel your order prior to active dispatch, this will be delivered to you and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it. We are not liable for parcels sent to incorrect addresses so please double check your address is accurate before placing your order.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us via the Contact Us form selecting ‘cancel my order’ as the reason and we will do our best to action this for you, or contact us via our Live Chat (9:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday) quoting your name, order number and full address.
