Justmylook offers free delivery on all UK orders over £20 via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. We offer free next-day delivery on all orders over £80 via Royal Mail 24 Tracked*. *Please note this service type must be selected at checkout.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked: Orders placed before 6:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery takes 2 days, including Saturdays. This service is free for orders over £20, orders under £20 will be subject to a £2.99 delivery charge.

Express delivery services may take an additional 24 hours to dispatch.

Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £80. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £20 - £79.99, and £3.99 for orders under £20.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. The charge for this service is £5.99.

DPD: Orders placed before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next working day. The fee for this service is £5.99.

Republic of Ireland: We're sorry to inform our customers in Ireland that we have suspended shipping to the Republic of Ireland. Recent changes to legislation have made it impractical for us to continue offering reliable, cost-effective delivery to Irish addresses. We don't want our customers facing unexpected charges or delays at the border, so we've taken the decision to pause Irish deliveries until further notice.

Please note it is not currently possible to offer a next-day delivery service to the below postcodes for orders placed after 5:00 pm. Justmylook accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. We will only deliver to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available at the postal address provided at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise you or Royal Mail may deliver to a neighbour. Recipients can opt-out of Delivery to a neighbour and can also nominate a specific neighbour if they wish. We do not allow collections.
