Justmylook offers free delivery on all UK orders over £20 via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. We offer free next-day delivery on all orders over £60 via Royal Mail 24 Tracked*. *Please note this service type must be selected at checkout.
We have a variety of express services available.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked: Orders placed before 6:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery takes 2 days, including Saturdays. This service is free for orders over £20, orders under £20 will be subject to a £2.50 delivery charge.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Orders placed before 9:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £60. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £20- £59.99, and £3.99 for orders under £20.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders placed before 9:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. The charge for this service is £5.99.

DPD: Orders placed before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next working day. The fee for this service is £5.99.

Republic of Ireland: Orders placed before 9:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days. This service is free for orders over €25, orders under €25 will be subject to a €3.50 delivery charge. We pre-pay all international custom/duty charges on the behalf of our customers.

We’ve extended our returns period this Christmas to give you complete peace of mind for any gifts purchased from Justmylook during the festive season. Any items purchased between 1st November 2024 and 24th December 2024 can be returned up until 7th January 2025. All goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on unwanted items that have been used and have had their security and/or hygiene tags removed. Items purchased after 24th December 2023 will be subject to our standard returns policy.

Please note is is not currently possible to offer a next-day delivery service to the below postcodes for orders placed after 5:00 pm. Justmylook accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. We will only deliver to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available at the postal address provided at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise you or Royal Mail may deliver to a neighbour. Recipients can opt-out of Delivery to a neighbour and can also nominate a specific neighbour if they wish. We do not allow collections.
