We're sorry to hear you are missing item(s) from your order. We sometimes refund items that we are experiencing stock issues with and issue a refund for these the following day after dispatch. We do this so you do not have to wait for the in-stock items to arrive.
If you have not received a refund 72 hours after your dispatch notification, please get in-touch with the team via our Contact Us form. It is recommended to take pictures of the packaging it arrived in in case of any damage etc.
We will work to get the matter resolved as fast as possible if you haven't already had a refund processed.
