If your tracking is showing as delivered and it has not been received please check with your neighbours, safe space and maybe the delivery office. Sometimes Royal Mail mark orders as delivered before trying the recipients door and have to take the parcel back to the delivery office. If it has been more than 24 hours since your parcel was marked as delivered please get in touch with the team and we can work with Royal Mail to look into this for you.
